WHAT MAKES A JUST FOREST?

The Forest Resilience Division of the Washington Department of Natural Resources is hosting a series of presentations on environmental justice and our forests. A diverse range of speakers will present on topics ranging from the rights of forest workers to food access and how stakeholders can address issues of environmental inequity in the Evergreen State.

Learn more about Healthy Environment for All (HEAL) Act here.  The HEAL Act directs stage agencies, including DNR, to take steps to address environmental inequities that are most often felt by BIPOC and other underserved communities. All sessions are open to the public and free to attend.
