We will be taking a tour of LOTT, the wastewater utility that serves Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater, from 10 to noon. Participants will need to wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes and should be prepared to walk approximately one-third of a mile across some grates and uneven surfaces and to go up and down flights of stairs.
